IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL TARGETS FOR METRO CAPITAL’S
BALANCE SHEET SURGERY

METRO CAPITAL’S clients vary from fast food franchisors to large IT companies. However, they all have certain traits in common.

These include:

> A Significant Volume of Delinquent Debt – Typically at least $100,000 of delinquent payables (although occasionally less) – in addition to the debt you are attempting to recover. Clients with long-term service contracts at inflated rates/volumes also make excellent candidates
> Multiple Creditors – Debtors with one to three creditors generally do not make good candidates for our service – unless the debt owed to those creditors is particularly large. Our typical engagement ranges from 10-50 creditors
> Ongoing Cash Flow – or the potential for additional funding. We can devise a plan on behalf of just about any company, provided at least one of these factors is present; there is cash flow available to make the payments, there are under-leveraged assets which we can use to raise cash, or the potential for additional investment-type capital infusions. Clients without at least one of these factors are not usually a good match for METRO CAPITAL’S services.
> They are professionally managed companies such as manufacturers or service providers, as opposed to “Mom and Pop” type outfits (restaurants, drycleaners, landscapers, etc.) which generally do not have the resources necessary for a successful engagement.
> Willingness to Cooperate – As seasoned professionals you’re quite adept at differentiating between those debtors that genuinely wish to resolve their obligations and those that don’t. Our success is directly linked to the client’s strong intention to seek a resolution.
